What data we process and why

Quick request and Quick order (website forms): name, company, company ID and VAT number, e-mail, phone, transport details (place and date of loading and unloading, cargo type) and the text of your message. We use the data to handle your request and to prepare an offer or a transport order. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mail and phone communication – we use the data you provide to handle your request.

How long we keep the data

For as long as necessary to handle your request and any subsequent cooperation. If no cooperation follows, we delete form messages within 12 months at the latest. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).

Who receives the data

Netlify, Inc. – website hosting and receipt of form messages (processor; transfer to the USA based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
Our e-mail service provider – delivery of messages.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not measure traffic. The Google map on the Contact page is loaded only after you click “Show map” – only then may Google Ireland Ltd. store its own cookies in your browser according to its policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Simply e-mail us at info@davatrans.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz).
